Cooper Pairs' Can Be Found In Insulators As Well Superconductors

The SEG design consist of four material layers, one of which is a dielectric insulator, electrical proprieties that can be altered under certain conditions as it is known with the Searl device; it is a peculiar state utilized by SEG to regulate electrical flow.

Now, Science News reports researchers have confirmed Cooper pairs can exist in such materials which runs counter intuitive to orthodox beliefs.

Researchers found that Cooper pairs are present in both superconductors and insulators, they believe that they behave differently in each instance.
